Our task was to marry the strong Purebaby brand with a highly effective e-commerce platform, utilising their high-end ERP to full benefit.
After carefully examining the online user behaviour, we explored user journeys and the ways customers wated to engage with the brand –beautiful imagery, navigation and product showcasing all help craft a better e-commerce experience.
Purebaby's website is AP21 integrated, enabling synchronicity between the online store, retail outlets and the warehouse. With this automation of merchandising, the brand is better placed to deal with and convert a higher volume of sales.
